A corrupt tyrant will want to hide their actions. A civic patriot will want to reveal corruption and hold all who serve accountable. The 1st amendment, freedom of the press, exists for all people to observe actions of our government and report to everyone so that corruption and tyrants can be rooted out. If tyrants can hide their actions, they can hide their corruption. There is no excuse to prevent transparency and accountability.

All law enforcement and agents/employees should have to wear bodycams, every single one of them, and their bodycams should be their timecards. No audio/video, no pay, and a reprimand for every second of their scheduled shift not on camera. That audio/video should be automatically streamed to a cloud that is overseen by civilians and all audio/video public by default that the cops, city, county, sheriffs, state, have to apply to the federal government to have restricted. highwayman noun high·way·man | \ ˈhī-ˌwā-mən \ Definition of highwayman : a thief who robs travelers on a road Corrupt to the core with murder in their heart. They have to keep hiring from the bottom of the same rotten apple barrel, low IQ, guaranteed by a SCOTUS ruling, with low problem solving skills. Corrupt, as they take the job and are hired because of their willingness to lie, and I was raised on, "A man is only as good as his word." Because if they had any problem solving skills at all, they would figure out that they are a part of the problem, not the solution. "Today the flag consists of 13 horizontal stripes, seven red alternating with six white. The stripes represent the original 13 Colonies and the stars represent the 50 states of the Union." So which state does the blue stripe represent? The police state? *No* _people_ , _culture_ , _nation_ , _country_ or _empire_ , has ever survived, " *_Do as I say not as I do_* ". I wonder if the -N-a-z-i-'s- *_ALSO_* thought they were acting righteously for a righteous cause or did they understand the evil they were doing and just did it for the paycheque, pension and privileges?

Alleged 48mph in a 35mph limit and he gets a ticket for Careless Driving. A rookie cop that attempts to create additional charges where none exist. An obvious lie and false Police Report from the same rookie. Being seen as rude and hostile for refusing to answer questions. A rookie cop that has been taught to fake false speeds on his radar system and if he gets caught out, offer a lesser penalty that may be accepted by the driver if the cop claims that "I'm giving you a break" and for which it is easier for the cop to lie about in court. The rookie did not chance upon these actions, he was trained by other cops at this PD and sanctioned by his Chief. Auditing exists to get rid of cops and PD's like this.

It took 3 to conspire. 18 U.S.C. § 241 CIVIL RIGHTS CONSPIRACY Unlike most conspiracy statutes, §241 does not require, as an element, the commission of an overt act. The offense is always a felony, even if the underlying conduct would not, on its own, establish a felony violation of another criminal civil rights statute. A person convicted of a felony loses the rights to vote, to run for state office, and to serve on a jury. These rights are restored automatically upon completion of sentence. A person convicted of a felony loses the right to possess a “concealable weapon” (such as a handgun) for 10 years following completion of sentence, which includes any period of parole or probation. A person convicted of a crime against a person-such as homicide, assault, kidnapping, or robbery-loses this right permanently. Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim. I get a laugh at the officer accusing Nate of being “rude” and “hostile” when he never swore at the officer or even raised his voice. If this officer even determines a cool, calm and collected “suspect” to be like this, how is he going to handle people who are far angrier? This ticket will be thrown out easily. Nate has all of the evidence to prove that the officer lied and the citation he issued him is completely inaccurate from both a violation and type of vehicle he’s driving. If I were the judge and I were to see this video, I would ask the officer (if he even shows up to court), “what part of his driving would you consider ‘careless?’ He never goes over the centerline or into the shoulder nor does he ever go over the speed limit? If nothing else, I’d say his driving is incredibly safe.” I tell you what, this is a bad officer in the making. Even as a rookie, he’s setting himself up for a poor career in law enforcement.

We're after power and we mean it. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced, or objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Reardon, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with.” Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand “The question isn’t who is going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me.” - Ayn Rand

I've seen so many videos on UTube showing clear bodycam footage of Cop misconduct. The citizen files a complaint. The Police Department checks it out & responds back "allegations unfounded". Internal Affairs investigates & comes back with "no wrong doing". It's like they thumb their noses at us. Police in America are untouchable. They get away with murder. I don't know what people are waiting for & what it will take for people to reach their limit & organize National Police Reform. Demand accountability.
