Horribly long winded, yes. Sounds ai generated😂 But it is correct, the doubt given by the dashcam is not conclusive, and neither is the cops radar or personal statement. With just this dash cam it would be hard to prove the cop is guilty, and that is not the case before the judge. It is wether the speeding was true or not. So he needs to take the middle ground and choose reasonable doubt. If it could be proven that the radar equipment said 35 and not 43, then the cop would be at fault. And then it would need to be proven it was not a mistake but malicious intent and the cop was aware that the actual speed in the radar was 35. Remember, the cop gets the same beyond reasonable doubt if he is charged. But if a helicopter was filming the car and it also showed him driving 43 (or another corroborating source), it would cast serious doubt on whether the dashcam was factual. The sad part is the slow court process. For simple cases it should be much quicker, and if its surpassed by the government, dismissed (because they have experience and knowledge and processes, it should be cookie cutter for them and not take a long time unless there is a good reason... Eg cop being on maternity leave / vacation)

Corrupt judge, corrupt prosecutor, and corrupt officer. So, why is this a big issue?
@coldinwisconsin20174 ай бұрын
The judge spoke a 1200 word essay when saying “video proof” would have been sufficient.
The commenter makes comments on KZbin videos. In this case I am the commenter. The commenter watches videos and comments on them. The commenter watches a judge drone on and on and the commenter is both amused and annoyed. KZbin videos invite comments, and the commenter makes those comments. The commenter wonders if the judge's name is perhaps Kafkaesque. The commenter never heard of a trier of fact who gets paid by the word before, but the commenter does not know all triers of fact.

Whatever do you mean? Didn't you know! When you flip off a cop you put 100k of them in danger within the next 10min? It is officer safety and your safety that they immediately detain you and wreck the next 2 hours (in this case 6+ days) of your life. For their safety, of course. The Judge, well he just can't see a reason someone would have issue with law enforcement, AT ALL. What a stand up representative of lady justice with her chained up dinner plates, no veggies, and it wasn't ready when he got home from work at 7pm after his commute and long day at the court house. I don't care if you have an agreed version of your family's reality that you want to adhere to. that is YOUR right. I disagree when you think I need to follow as a stranger. We have rules, and your opinion doesn't count unless it adheres to the rules. If it isn't legal, keep it to yourself. If you are trying to make a new law from a radical situation justify yourself;. that wasn't the case here.
