Rookie Elton Brand Scores 28 points (2/27/2000)

Elton Brand came right out of Duke and averaged a 20 and 10 for a Bulls team that won 17 games all year. Elton would be named 1st team all-rookie and be named co-rookie of the year along side Steve Francis. Elton would be in Chicago for one more year after this before being traded to the LA Clippers in what should be considered the only good trade Elgin Baylor made in the 22 years working for the clippers. In 2006 Elton Brand would lead the clippers to the 2nd Round of the playoffs for the first time since the the team moved to California in 1978. Elton Brand is the 2nd greatest Clipper of all time and no one can convince me otherwise.
