I remember the movie Boys In The Hood from the 1980's, and Furious Styles gave a speech about gentrification. Personally, I don't believe this concept is targeted specifically to black people. Lots of white people live in every neighborhood. But, the point of gentrification is it's targeted placement of the liquor stores, drug epidemics, and crime across the entire neighborhood. That was the most eye opening speech about how government works that I can remember.

No truer words. I've seen it all happen. When I was in high school in the 60s most of my black classmates had a mother and a father in the home. The father had a job and most of the time it was a good job.

Beyond heartbreaking and criminal, what the Democrats continue to do to predominantly black communities. Currently, being done is having illegal foreigners, non- citizens being dropped in communities, who are infringing on their resources, taking jobs that are meant for citizens, making their streets less safe, people more afraid of being mugged, homes broken into and burdening police officers with crimes done by illegals. Black communities, all communities are being severely abused by this administration who don't give a damn about any American citizen. They only care about what they can get from us, votes, money, and more political power.

This brought tears to my eyes. I am surrounded at work by DEI trainers. Am constantly reminded that I am white, I am priveleged, colonial, systematically racist and show micro aggresion. Hand to God I am told this all the time, and others that I work with. The aggresion I feel from our DEI team is off the charts.
