We have a 95 pound lab/Anatolian Shepard mix dog. So MUCH hair. Our other rombas kept getting clogged and we had to clean them constantly. This one is awesome. Picks up the hair really well and does not need a deep cleaning very often.

Bought a roomba 960 3 days ago... Yesterday i set it up and for the first time it did and excellent job ...went and chraged itself and did the rest of the house...saw the map and it did a good job covering all the places 😄 no dust eas left behind 👌 will buy braava m6 next year definitely 😁

They all have their issues. Neato might be better. Also try firmware updates. The Mirror probably screwed it up. Camera based systems can get screwy. Lidar might work better. Also having using these things since Day one. Big fan of Neato getting my first Roomba this week. They do get better as you use them. They kinda learn based on that stored data and so do you as a user. Neatos nice cuz I can throw a magnet strip or a magnet somewhere to keep it off. Only reason im switchin to Roomba is to try the camera based system and the fact repairability is better. My Botvac finally went but I got its money’s worth. Had to clean hair off rollers and replace the bearings a lot but it did deliver. All in all this a good review.

So far so good with this vacuum. kzbin.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

I can not for the life of me connect the damn thing. The app won’t recognize that I’m on the freaking WiFi already. When I do the Roomba WiFi discovery I can see it and connect to it there but holding the home button after does nothing.

Sorry to hear that. There could be many reasons for that. But I know that iRobot have good technical support, so should be able to help out.

I had a connectivity problem as well. Try resetting your wifi modem, unplug for a minute or so. Then start the connecting process through the app again. That worked for me. Also make sure there are not too many wifi devices allready hogging up your wifi bandwith.

You need the Roomba app to get it connected to wifi and reconnect it every now and then when it annoyingly loses that connection. Once it's connected you probably don't need the app. In fact I rarely use the app, just always press the button.

Hi. When you open the app, it should connect to the Roomba and will show you the status on top of the screen with the battery percentage.

Quick question, how does one set up the virtual wall? Do I just place it in an area where I don't want the roomba to roam and turn it on? Thank you in advance.

The virtual wall has two settings (switch on the device), circular, in which case the vacuum will not go anywhere close to that circle, or the other setting is a straight line, where you can put it at the edge of a door and the vacuum won't cross that line. Hopefully this makes sense.

It works normally. You just start it by pressing the button on the Roomba and you won't be able to use the mobile app.
