We haven't had any issues. It does like to suck up cords and dog toys though. Just make sure everything loose is up and you'll be fine.

I just bought a 960 and it can clean good but I can only clean when I hit the clean button. Do you know how I can get them both connected properly?

Could you tell me the difference between Roomba 960 and 971 please ? Actually in France Amazon sells both with 50 € differences (971 is more expensive). I can't find anywhere the difference between theses 2 models! Thank you!

I have a Roomba 960. It works great. But a friend of mine is asking me if the roomba will go over the steps to enter each bedrooms/bathroom. I don't know the answer to it because my wood floors is all one. I have no steps anywhere.

I love Rosie (she's our Roomba 960)! Thanks for your review and some helpful tips. She has stopped coming back out after recharging. We are going to try resetting her and starting over.

I purchased a Roomba 960 for our home. It has been christened, "Ronnie." We were amazed at how much dirt that it picked up during it's initial run. Too bad that this was not available when we had our Boxer. As for pulling cords from the wall outlets, I will be using some 3M Command hooks in a few places to be able to elevate cords from "Ronnis." Later I can remove the hooks without damage to the surface.

I love how every one names their Roomba's. We have had Jeffery and Jeffrey 2.0. Great idea on the command hooks. We are going to have to do that in one area of our living room.

I, too, was very proud of my Roomba 960 (been using it since a month), but off late it keeps giving me Error 6 even when it just starts out from the charging station. It asks me to move it to a new location and then press Clean. Done so a dozen times, yet doesn’t work. Keeps repeating the Error 6. Please help. My house used to be so clean till now.

Kashmira Jain Hey lol this is weird but I actually work at iRobot tech support. Try rebooting the robot by holding the spot and dock button while it’s on the charger. If this persists; contact us for no out of pocket repair/replacement options!

I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*
