Thank you so much, saved me $90,- I got it working again by removing the cover and manually move the silver round thing, it was just slightly stuck, after moving it with my fingers it was able to spin on its own again. Did a little cleaning and the device is running smoothly again!

This was very helpful, thanks! I didn't have to get a replacement part but I did have to clean the circuit board and wires under the metal cover as you showed. Didn't work until I took it all apart again and cleaned that section thoroughly.

What if you change motor out and you still get that error?

It fit perfectly. And on line it said e and I series. Ok thanks, I'll see if I can find a tech support number...but thanks at least I know how to take it apart now!!

If your Roomba has a Error 11, meaning you have to change the cleaning module.

But before you get a cleaning module, try cleaning out the little silver disc and blowing it out after you open the Roomba from the bottom to make sure it’s not clogged and spinning freely
