*A great vacuum for the price. The suction is awesome. Excellent for pet hair. The beater attachment works great **MyBest.Tools** on the stairs. Not too heavy and easily maneuvered.*

Def check/clean the brush for hair - friend/I both have long/thick hair🌼 Canister held more dust/dirt than I expected. Makes life easier!

Good video. I purchased an S9+. It ran well and did a great job in vacuuming my floors and carpet. After about a month, it started throwing Error 26 codes. Even after making sure filter, etc was clean, it still errored with Code 26. After contacting customer support, they sent me a new blower motor to replace. After installing the new motor, it still errored out with code 26. So, now they are having me send it in to their repair facility. We will see if they can fix the problem.

If I have the i7+ already, will I be able to use the same clean base if I just get the i9 without the clean base?

No, their design is different. The bases are not compatible. If you own both i7+ and s9+, you'll need 2 bases. You can NOT just get a s9 and use the base of the i7 to make it a s9+.

Testing the product breaks down in 6weeks. and then you have to chase them for a fix that takes ruffly 2 months to send and get back the product. The product works well at the start but then there are technical issues, wheel problems. I wouldn't suggest this product.

Did you really think it was necessary to spend so much time talking about how to unboxed the machine rather spend the time showing how it works. Almost 50% of the video was spent before you even got it out of the box!
