i worked there as chambermaid....that place has a terrible reputation for any worker in venice, is a sort of hell on earth. i found another work and ran away in a few days, though i had a solid experience in all types of hotels. There are 8-10 housekeepers, one worse than the other; over 50 chambermaids and a myriad of porters, mainteiners and waiters, all treated worse than dogs. People prefer go work ANYWHERE rather than go there.
