I think Harley Reid would be a better fit for West Coast then North and I follow North .West Coast won a flag 6 years ago and still have some more experienced players than North now. One gun player wont help North ,but 2 top draft players like McKercher and Duursma will help a bit with the rebuild along with Sheezel and Wardlaw .

its been mainly due to players leaveing after playing 40/60 games to mgo. to greener grasses , need to go after the likes of Oliver and two key ready made defenders . it so hard on young players tostay and grow and enjoy there footy with win loss records of 85 % loss ect . i love my rooboys and have and will always but i can see another merger on the cards in the next few years

There’s plenty of Victorians/SA that have played football in W.A. and stayed here. Pavlich , Lee Spur , Will Schofield , Xavier Ellis . David Wirrapunda to name just a few .I also was born in Melbourne came here over 20 years ago and never left. It’s a fantastic place to live with a great climate , beaches and outdoor life they’re not too big like a Melbourne or Sydney so I think Harley would be well suited to a place like this as he himself is from the country.
