The most important thing that it's none of our business. Lindsay proved very often that she doesn't care about internet comments and that's a very good thing (i'm not worried about her emotions). But commenting on something so private is just not okay. If parents care about the child (which is absolutely the case here) I'm sure they did absolutely everything to ensure it's healthy arrival. Your comment won't do anything good. I mean, Lindsay is in 7 month, do you expect her to suddenly loose weight? That's absurd and just dangerous. Your opinion does nothing for children health. Instead of judging some random woman on the internet you should help with health education in schools or maybe start a campaign promoting healthy lifestyle in parenting, I don't know.. Saying that someone's baby might die is not the way. And also Lindsay looks great. Some women have basketball sized bellies, some have bigger ones, but she looks amazing and the child is probably growing well and healthy.

Assuming her health based on just her weight is not only rude but it also doesn't tell the whole story.
