Definitly works cause I rooted two of my pixel6a as a complete beginner to any of these stuff so had to watch 2 more vids to unlock fastboot and to install usb drivers but in the end I just followed what he did all step by step and just got done with rooting and have checked it with a root checker, Thank you for the vid ❤❤❤❤

Not sure of this but I think I've seen in Google photo settings that you do have access to unlimited storage as long as you choose to sync your photos/video in a compressed format. Only original quality medias are not eligible to unlimited free storage

This might be the problem when trying to update from Android 12 to 13... (see other comment with link) If the active slot is then flashed with a build that fails to boot, the fallback mechanism of seamless updates kicks in and the device tries to boot from the inactive slot. Since the inactive slot contains the older bootloader, the device enters an unbootable state.
