When should we remove the plastic bag and soil ? I tried this and my plants is growing nice roots but they are still white and thin. Should i keep it covered til they turn big and mature or i shoull remove the bag now ?

Don't remove the plastic bags now. Let te roots to get thick and brown. And don't remove the whole bag at once. After 2-3 months cut a strip of 2-3 inches with blade on top an remove the upper soil only. Then after 2-3 months remove more. Continue the process for 1 year. I promise you that you will get a great bonsai after 1-2 year
