Now this is the leg variation, but the breakdown and explanation is also spot-on for the upper body version. The only difference is that it wraps the lead arm and behind the back, as opposed to the lead leg. She briefly shows it at the end. If I find a tutorial of specifically that, I will post it here as well. For now, Flow Mahem's tutorial should suffice, bearing in mind that one key difference. Pay close attention to how she does it at the end, and it's just a small change.
