I was literally just looking through my Rory archives to see if he had played walk on hot coals beyond the 70s. I had been looking for a song I heard Rory play that was the predecessor to WOHC. A version titled "shake for me (walk on hot coals)" from Sheffield 12.06.71 was the first one that popped up. But I would of missed this version of Shake for me so a Big Thanks. I looked to see if I had this for me I found it in "13.10.1971 Whiskey-A-Go-Go,LA,CAL". Please keep posting Rory as I would have never found him other than for KZbin he greatly deserves to be remembered. Thanks again!!! ☘🎸

I got the link to it via his Facebook page, I'm already subscribed to you, so happy that you'd uploaded it! Watched it once over the weekend now it's gone?! Did RTE yank it because they have the rights to it or something? Well how are those of us in the US supposed to see it, I already downloaded the RTE player app but it's not even there when you look for it! So disappointing because I wanted to share the link with someone I know who'd love to see this. They're on vacation this week but I could've passed it along...WTF! Sorry I know this isn't your fault, just wondering who thinks they've got the right to yank it from your channel. Maybe they do, but is that fair? Well I least I got to see it once before it was yanked. So thank you blues man for trying!🤬

@riverbluesman How would Rory feel?? I guess his current management team are out of touch with that. Rory would scour record stores for his own bootlegs. FANS would often bring them to him for him to sign! Did he get his knickers in a bunch about qoute/unqoute being ripped off because he didn't see a profit from it? Any appeals to his record label about putting a cap on it?? Since WHEN did Rory care about Money. So I don't understand the stranglehold or monopoly regarding this piece of material. Didn't Rory have a loyal fanbase outside the UK? Like I said I installed the app, but it doesn't even show up in the search engine. IF and i do say If...future plans for this material is that it can only be viewed by Paying for it? Well then look at the people who stand to make a profit from it. How would Rory feel? Well considering that going to see him play only cost 2 to 6 quid? I think he'd be Disgusted.
