I don't think he is amazing or anything. He doesn't have good speed over longer distances or quick acceleration. But he is good in the air and control, link up play. All pundits were saying the guy is good enough for a top 4 team a matter of a few months ago. Literally everyone.

How can Rory be a full-time football pundit yet be so completely at sea regarding player characteristics? He truly understands nothing about players as people with their own selfish motivations or about how it shows itself in certain contexts. The argument over the penalty doesn't speak to some greater problem of Poch not having the respect etc etc. It's simply 2 arrogant players in their early 20s who felt that Palmer already had his hat trick and that they deserve a shot.
