Never understood the highlights. They don’t show us his birdie putt on 8 but they will show a standard 2 putt par on 9

@SmithandSmoots I guess my definition of ‘highlights’ is different to yours. I think it means significant moments from the round, not necessarily just the best shots, and dropping 2 shots seems pretty significant to me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great video! I came to realize this on my own a couple weeks ago. Wish this video existed 2yrs ago when i started struggling w driver. This would have saved me. I also struggle w irons going to high. I am flipping my hands thru to square the face which results in a high shot that comes up short even tho it is relatively straight.

Higher irons are better mate, usually means you’re taking a divot after the ball. Higher the ball usually means the the quicker it lands and stops

@hattydafatty151 not like this. Its way too high and 2-3 clubs short and variable. Sometimes the same club has a 30-40y range. Im talking my 6i has the trajectory of a PW. I dont think thats better. 😆

Can anyone explain to me how the dp standings work? When I googled it it says bryson dechambeau is ranked no 1 and rory is no 2.

Bryson DeChambeau isn't a member of the DP World Tour. He earned more money this year in just the majors than Rory has earned in the four majors plus the other DP World Tour events. The Race To Dubai is based on a point system not money earned.

I can't believe they're showing Rory's highlights. I've only seen the first hole so far but he isn't in the lead so some a55hole should complain. That's where I come in. Glad to help.😅

You have to remember that these guys are professionals and that most of these courses were made 65 to a 100 years ago, meaning that now in our new technology and the ability to basically be a Beast at every sport is going to create lower scores and more unbelievable drives, And chips..

@@matthewharris214 but I note some par 4’s now are over 500 yds for these guys which is correct. I’m just saying if pros can get home in 2 it shouldn’t be a par 5….par 5’s are 3 shots to the green not 2.

@@jsee2385 today in the Irish Open Rory on the 1st. A par 5 drove into the rough, fairly long grass hit his second onto the green and got his second eagle there this week…bloody ridiculous rating. It should be a par 4.
