Yes LFC hierarchy are brilliant. They hired him to big Jobs believing in Scientifically proven data not to big CV. Things I like from Arne: *Coordinated defence-Decrease the numbers of goals we often used to conceded. Ofcourse decrease fans anxiety. *Repositioning&calculated attack after winning ball back- The chance to score is high while still decrease the chance to concede goals from counter of counter attack. Of course the football beauty not as of JK we used to enjoy. *Decreasing intensity to decrease the injury of players for the ball under opposition feets that not much threat to us. *His leadership quality to lead dressing room. He is such huge character. He never hesitate to change big names in the team including Mo salah or TAA. He never personalized players anger. We are enjoying I hope it will continue like this.

I have heard that while he is low key and understated, that when he gets pissed off he can be brutal but i think that it just this stereotypically Dutch persona.
