Rosa Gallery Classics Tin - first Impressions Review

In this video I share my observations and show examples of use with the Rosa Gallery Classics tin of 28 colours. The pans are larger than half pans but smaller than standard full pans from what I can tell and the exact amount of paint remains slightly unclear.
