Rosalie is trying to tell Bella that she used to think like Bella currently does and also tries to tell her that love can blind you to the harshest of realities. Bella is in love with the idea of being with Edward forever, but she is not even considering other options her human life can offer her. What sounds like a dream come true can turn into your worst nightmare. It's one of the reasons i wish they didn't have Bella survive her pregnancy in Twilight. It would have proven Rosalie's point and would have pushed the story in a more interesting direction then it did.

Bella always seems to find it *too* easy to leave her dad, who made all the effort to be in her life and she doesn’t seem to spare him a second thought. Just “he’ll get over it, he’ll be sad for a while but oh well!!” Yet she never stops to consider the fact that her dad spent all his time travelling to visit her in Phoenix, he never made time to find new love or had any other children, Bella is literally the only family he has and she’s so self absorbed to notice. Yet, Alice, Jacob and even Edward are constantly worrying about how Charlie’s going to handle things, while Bella’s just so absorbed in Edward to care.

But after the firs book her personality become downrightly shallow, she take her human life to be deserve thrown away in order to be with edward and the cullens. I always felt for Rosalie. So many people hated her but she had so many good reasons for Bella to reject vampirism. Not to forget that it’s strongly implied vampires never forget what they lose or those they love (especially a mate) even if you get revenge at some point. Rosalie still has to live with the brutal memory of that night. She will never forget what was done to her, she will always remember every painful act they forced on her. No amount of time will erase that, even though she killed her abusers. I truly wish people could understand that and Edward’s to shallow to look past her facade of in perfect and pretty, SHE WANTS TO THINK OF SOMETHING OTHER THAN HER TRAUMA. Yes she has Emmett. Love can heal. But you never forget the trauma. Or the fact that you can’t even have a child with the one you truly love because of that night.

Going back to Twilight as an adult is realizing that all of the side characters are far more interesting then the main three; Bella, Edward, and Jacob. Rosalie is a Queen and such a badass! Honestly, the Cullens and the Hales have better stories than Bella. Edward basically wanted to become a soldier fighting for what’s right, but is always questioning the in between reasons of those fights. Rosalie has a tragic backstory that ended with a bloody revenge. Alice was tortured in a crazy house, and is the only one with no memory of her past. Jasper was an actual soldier with great details of vampire life. Emmett had to leave his very loving family after being a vampire. Esme was abused by her husband, lost a chile, went through su1c1de, and meet Carlisle, the doctor who treated her 10 years ago. Like all of that is much more interesting than Bella’s story.

I was forced to read twilight in 6th grade. I regret every minute of it. But after watching this scene, and to start with, I really don’t know why the entire twilight story wouldn’t center around Rosalie’s story and Rosalie being the main character, and how she recovers from her trauma by adjusting to her new life as a vampire. I honestly think Rosalie saw that Edward and Bella’s relationship was somewhat toxic. She was essentially saying, “Think this over.” Sure, they claimed to love each other, but was it real, true love, or just a case of “I want you, and no one else can have you”. Even if they divorced as vampires, it’s not like they could revert back into humans. Bella would have to live forever (unless she chose to off herself), realizing she had made the biggest mistake of her existence-all because of a high school crush. In my opinion, I agree with Rosalie. Their relationship felt too rushed. It wasn’t well established in either the books or the movies. Honestly, if there were ever a sequel to Breaking Dawn, it wouldn’t surprise me if Edward and Bella ended up separating.
