I agree with the previous comment . I love to listen to Mrs. Carter . She delivers her message with a calm ,clear manner that encourages me to give her all the time she needs to make her point ! I wish she could "rub off" on the rest of the world. I live a little above the mason - dixon line,thus I do not have this beautiful accent......aaahh
