Love these rosettes, made it once a long time ago and had a bit of a hard time with them, so needless to say that I kind of gave up with them. Watching you make them I now know where I went wrong. Wonderful food display, all looked so yummy. Thanks for sharing Nancy, beijinhos

Hi Nancy, I wrote to you before about my difficulty making these rosettes but did not mention what my problem was. Here it is: Sometimes the batter doesen't stick to the mold or sometimes the batter does not want to release from the mold. I tried again last week following your every step and the same thing happened. What could I be doing wrong? Please help, beijinhos

Hi Zinha. It may be that you have too much liquid or not enough flour in the batter. The measuring cup for liquid is the tall glass with the red lines. The cup for measuring dry ingredients is the small cups with handles. You need to ensure the oil is at the hot temperature as mentioned in the video and recipe. Also, you will see on the video that you need to have the rosette form hot, before dipping it in the the batter. Before you place the form in the batter dip it in the hot oil, and make sure that you drain any extra oil as shown. I hope this helps.. Thank you😊 Feel free to email me at [e-mail]
