This pandemic is obviously awful but one bright spot is getting to see celebs at home - in their natural environments. I love it - old, new, messy, organized, modern, eclectic - who cares!? OMG Laughed so Hard! Guess Wot! Maybe it’s an Australian thing - we measure grog to make cocktails. I’ve had an young Italian guy rave about Australians measuring alcohol. Italians just pour out the amounts. I GET THE TURKEY BASTER & the FUNNEL & the everyday items used to measure with. I know 25 ml is a tablespoon & extrapolate that if needed finally using a larger measure utensil to them pout into glass in correct order. Didn’t know anyone else did that and then find out another Australian does it. We are obviously special. Oh and I say measuring stick too .. wow!

I’m Aussie, it’s only people who make them at home who measure. I did a bartending course, we started off measuring, but then ‘free-poured’ using the proper spouts because when you’re working in a bar, you don’t have time to measure everything. It’s easy to learn how much ‘one jigger/30ml’ is without measuring it after, pouring 100 drinks or so lol
