🌡️ COOKING 175° Static 170° Ventilated for approximately 30-35 minutes
📝Ingredients:
300 g 0 flour (or half 00 half Manitoba)
100 g Water
5-7 g dry brewer's yeast (12-15 g fresh)
1 Egg
80-90 g Sugar
60 g Oil
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla
350 g Custard
Granulated sugar
Powdered sugar
