The Cream Tart is one of my favourites, I love desserts with Cream (especially if it's with Lemon) I find them fresh on the palate and not cloying!
In fact, this tart is also delicious after a meal!
With every bite you can taste the fragrant shortcrust pastry, the melting and fresh creaminess of the LEMON CREAM and the crunchiness of the ALMONDS above... a fabulous mix!
📝 Ingredients: Mold 24-26 cm
300 g 00 flour
120 g Sugar
90 g Oil (or 120 g Butter)
2 eggs
1 pinch Salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder for desserts
1 Lemon
📝For the Cream:
500 ml Milk
90 g Sugar
2 whole eggs
40-50 g 00 flour or corn starch
Lemon peel
Vanilla extract
Sliced almonds
Powdered sugar
