Just a thought…when the weathers hot could you put a flat ice pack UNDER your work surface to help keep the clay from being too soft? Beautiful cane by the way❣️

Thank you 😀 I hadn't thought about actually cooling off my work surface - that's a great idea. I think I'm not used to such hot weather in the UK so it's a surprise every summer 😆

I’m glad you think it might work! I’m still new to working with polymer clay, during the winter I’ve used a heating pad on low heat under my work surface to keep the clay playable. That has worked pretty good!
