These taste very similar to Algerian Makrout, except that Algerian Makrout is stuffed with either almonds or date!!!! I'm not surprised to see a lot of common dishes, such as borek and bread between Algeria and Turkey since Algeria went under the Ottoman Empire for a long time!!!! Amazing!!!!

Melted semolina is meant to be melted butter just a mistake ppl follow the recipe along. Use your cooking sense before leaping around lol
