They are both brands. Sanrio is fictional characters’ brand such as Hello Kitty, Charmy Kitty, My Melody, etc. Animal Crossing is a Nintendo (the game industry) brand about animals, it is a game and very popular.

I'm not sure what dimensions you're looking for, but you'd likely have to start with a longer foundation chain and do more rows and increases. Maybe look for a donut pillow pattern in a size similar to what you're looking for.
