If you are talking about runaway political correctness, you are not without a point. If you are talking about social policies, you have no idea what you are talking about. It's not even left, (here in France at least) left means trying new ways of governing, new systems that may work (that's why communism, arnarchy and all of that is far left, because they want to radically change the system, the more leftisr you are the more changes you want). Right is by definition a governement which stays on the already built system because it has been proven effective, and try to make it works as good (or even better) as it already had without changing it. I don't know if you noticed or not but they actually have really lovely chemistry... despite the fact that they disagree with one another they are still capable of being friends..there are even a few times where he gives her his opinion she responds and then they laugh or smile and carry on..he was simply being quiet due to the fact that these were her questions to answer...
