Roseanne Cash and John Leventhal Conversation at the Country Music Hall of Fame Part 1 of 2

This is just one video in the playlist I created of videos from the 2023 Americana Music Conference and Americana fest. There are many others to enjoy.
From Tuesday September 19th through Sunday September 24, 2022 I attended my 13th Americana Music Conference and Festival (Americanafest). In Nashville, TN. During the day there are business panels and interviews and, at night, more than 100 showcases at local music venues. I tried to capture the spirit of the Conference and preserve important sessions in both photos and videos. This Playlist will let you roam through the videos and see some of the artists you know well (though maybe not this way) and discover new ones you should know about. My hand is pretty steady. These are not “official” videos but created so I can watch again. If you find artists you like please support them by buying their music or - better yet - seeing their live shows. This past summer I went to 'Ivy Manor' in Bar Harbor, Maine to hear a singer. It's a small outdoor venue with big Adirondack type chairs and firepits. When I got there there appeared to be no seats and then a man older than myself signaled to me. He had two chairs in a primo spot and offered me one. He showed me pics of his cars and stuff and we talked for an hour. His daughter who was with him had just graduated Med school and he had another daughter and his wife with him who were sitting elsewhere. He told me that he is part of the Carter family and told me some stories. When his daughters were leaving one turned to me and said: "how much do we owe you for entertaining him?" But it was he who entertained me. A delightful man with many stories. I forget his name though but I think he's a cousin of some sort. He had never met Johnny or Roseanne. Congratulations to John Levanthal and Roseanne Cash American Icons and heroes.

I can totally identify with the hypnosis piece...been hypnotized since 1987 otherwise the whole 36 years since would have been impossible. It's amazing what can happen when you've been hypnotized by a love from a cosmic plane.
