I agree. It was so disappointing seeing my teenage niece at Christmas this year. Got her a gift, which I think she liked, but her saying thank you was about 50% of my entire interaction with her. Her mom also enables her phone addiction. She lies about feeling unwell or having anxiety so she can go hide in the bathroom to scroll her phone, and her mom just tells us “she hasn’t been feeling well.” It’s so sad and disappointing.

Be careful Rose with the baby, now that she is growing and able to move around avoid covering her with a blanket as it is not safe …, risk of suffocation if she put it over her head. And also avoid leaving her by herself in the room she might fall off the bed and get badly hurt. Just put her in her buggy when you move around or buy her a playpen. Just an kind advice from a mother of three 😊❤
