I really enjoy seeing the things they gather being turned into grain and oil etc which sustains the family and keeps them on a relatively process free foods diet. Rose and Wu can rest assured that Anzai and Yue Yue are getting the very best to eat without harmful additives and with the right upbringing they can hopefully pass the knowledge on to following generations too 😊

If you are very observant you will see they all frequently use chemical fertilizer on their fields and spraying plants with chemicals. I’m always saying it but if falls on deaf ears. It is neither healthy to ingest or use. Those chemicals can also be found in mothers’ milk. So, it’s not at all healthy what they are doing.
