Don't throw away the radish greens. I wash them chop them finely and fry in some oil, onions, and garlic and let it wilt and get soft and let the water dry up from the greens and then I add the salt. I eat with flatbread, and it is so delicious. Please, Rose, try it!!

I'm a singaporean, born and brought in Singapore. I grew up with Chinese children, their culture etc. I can't even speak a word of mandarin. The only language I speak fluently is Tamil, several dialects, Malay and off course English. I understand hokkien which originated from Fujien province. Rose I'm very impressed with proficiency in Mandarin. How fast did it take you to master mandarin? You accent is typical Chinese. No one will believe it's Ugandan. The greens from those radishes are delicious. The radishes we call turnips, cook the green leave’s steamed in your favorite meat with onions garlic salt. Place some radishes in the pot as well. MOST DELICIOUS👏🏾🙌🏾❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
