Hi guys! Today I'm showing you my complete rosemary water recipe & routine. I think rosemary OIL is really popular right now, and for good reason. There are so many benefits of rosemary for your hair. When it's in an oil form, you can really get the benefits of rosemary because there's a high concentration of rosemary in rosemary oil. HOWEVER, if you have oily hair, you already know that there's no way oiling your hair every day is going to be possible...so that's why rosemary water is so amazing for very fast hair growth. This video will help you grow or regrow your hair longer, faster, and healthier. Make sure to watch till the end. I hope this video helps you. ps- I don't apply rosemary water before washing my hair because then it'll just gent rinsed out and my hair wont' get any of the rosemary benefits. I apply it immediately after washing my hair, and then at night, each day following wash day.

A few things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I’m also using this on my face after washing. My sensitive skin is liking it a lot. I used rosemary, clove, hibiscus, and lemon balm ❤

You can also add two or three cloves and a couple of bay leaves, they all add to the restorative properties of the water.

Hey girl! Great video! I love your voice! I’ve followed your recipe and made some rosemary water spray for myself! I have some questions if you don’t mind me asking : 1. In the video, you said that the rosemary water is good up to a month and a half - with that being said, is the rosemary water still of the same quality of when you first made it? Because I’ve seen videos where people have said that the spray lasts only for 1-2 weeks only… 2. How often do you apply the rosemary water onto your edges and scalp? 3. After applying the rosemary water, do you apply any hair growth oil? If yes, which oil do you apply afterwards? 4.How long have you used your rosemary water until you saw results? 5. Have you used your rosemary spray up until the month and have noticed results?

Heyyy lovely ..thank you so much for watching ❤️🙏🏾 Okay so Rosemary is actually a natural preservative so the mixture will tend to keep for up to a month….I just check it based on the smell….but the easiest way to get around this is to use it in small batches ….so keep some down which can last for the week and freeze the remaining mixture in little molds. 2. I apply the Rosemary every morning to my edges if needed and every other day on my scalp and follow up with a scalp massage. 3. I apply hair growth oil to my edges once it has dried it and I apply it to my hair and a few drops to my scalp and follow up with a massage. 4. I would say roughly one month and I use it consistently. 5. Yes I used it down to the month and saw results but you have to be consistent

That’s folly frl because I started using it in my hair. I spray it in my scalp every 4 days and I have noticed hair growth in my protective style and it has most certainly helped with my dandruff and itchy scalp. Now it’s my go to 💯.

Thank you for the in-depth study. From all I've learned, I can confidently throw out the Biotin pills and vitamins and just add rosemary to hot water, cool, and drink daily or every other day. God really has provided all we need for life and godliness.

Heyyyy yes it’s amazing …it’s a vitamin b and mineral supplement so basically helps you maintain all your vitamin b levels…. So you will see your appetite improves….maintaining a good immunity level and also fatigue

Hi, thank you so much for the videos you share. Does the rosemary water smell like spices? Cos I don't think i want to go out smelling like i live in the kitchen. 😂 If it does, can i add leave in conditioner to the spray for scent?

It does expire.....but I like to make it into ice blocks and keep them in the freezer. This way you don't have to worry about it expiring and you can take out just what you need to use at the time.
