My Minecraft server is worse. I have a lot of deathtraps untested. Currently, only 8 out of 30 have been tested so far by unlucky victims I managed to -trick- invite over. 3 of them were able to crash the server upon their first usage. One of them is what I call the Minesweeper Trap. It has a 100% mortality rate (mainly because the only safe zone is located on the other side of the obsidian box and everything around the victim is an instant TNT trigger).

I’m pretty sure observers only detect block changes in front of it. It can’t detect players or entities.
