A nice one. You can make the dough with rosewater+ starch + milk+ eggs. It is an Iranian sweet that we make especially for Iranian new year which is the 21th of March. Also we dust it with sugar powder and cardamom powder to make it more aromatic and delicious.

there are almost identical versions in thailand and vietnam as i know. they are usually quite coconutty as people there use coconutmilk instead of milk! my absolute favorite!

In Indonesia it called as "kembang goyang" ("shaken flowers" crispies). Some people add some sesame seeds into the batter. To be enjoyed with coffe or tea ☕🤗🍵

Yes.. copyright music claim.. Although is purchased through ENVATO and authorized to use it but KZbin says otherwise. So, never spend a dime purchasing royalty free soundtracks online. It's BS and so waste of money.
