Now that isn't ENTIRELY fair. The fans of the characters that lose will always complain. It isn't the same people every time (at least in most cases lol).

I'd say the difference between the moon feat and the black hole feat is this. With the moon feat its clearly a moon, and Roshi destroys it. Its not something like Vegeta's ability to make a false moon to turn into a great ape, that is literally a moon which Roshi blew up. Meanwhile, the black hole ability seems more like it was merely named after that and maybe has somewhat similar effects but is not the exact thing. Again, going back to Vegeta, Vegata has an attack called "Big Bang Attack", he doesn't fire a literal big bang though, its a name. Also, there is another difference between the feats when it comes to their effects on things. While in the real world, the moon blowing up would destroy the earth, that effect has nothing to do with the feat. Its just a moon and the feat is Roshi having enough power to destroy it. Meanwhile, the black hole feat requires that the ability Ichigo survives actually is a black hole and effects things as a black hole does. Basically, Roshi destroyed the moon, if you are going to say it doesn't count because it didn't act like a moon, he destroyed a moon sized object, he is capable of destroying a massive object and that is the take away from that. With the black hole ability, we have to see what its effect is to see how impressive it is to survive it. If the black hole ability merely sucks in everything that isn't bolted down, its not really a black hole then because a real one would absorb everything, even if its called or described as a black hole does not mean it should be counted as one because its clearly not having the effect it should have. In Avengers vs Justice League, Superman described the Avengers as 'black holes' but this wasn't literal, Superman just noticed that their presence, mostly Cap's, was distorting everything around them. Basically, Roshi destroyed a moon sized object, Ichigo survived an effect that isn't actually comparable to the effects of a black hole that is the TL;DR.

Yeah, Roshi's feat is FAR more clear cut: He uses a Kamehameha on an orbiting mass which is clearly shown as Earth's Moon, and it obliterates it in one shot. No illusions, no magickery, it's all *right there.* There is literally no way to say "Oh, Roshi didn't blow up the Moon" without sounding like an idiot. Ichigo's black hole feat - as well as Sonic's by extension from Sonic Colors - by contrast, is too vague. Instead of outright crushing him, it just cuts and slices, which is most certainly not how actual black holes operate. As for Sonic, not only is not formed the way a black hole is (powered by Hyper-go-on energy rather than an object becoming far too dense such as a collapsing star), but it doesn't *behave* like one (not sucking in the Earth, as well as the fact that Eggman's pod was able to endure being inside it despite it obviously not having that level of durability). While those feats are still impressive, they aren't impressive to the extent that most fans think.

On the She-Ra vs Wonder Woman fight, She-Ra's sword not breaking comes across to me as scrodinger's broken sword. If we haven't seen it's break limit, then it is clearly unbreakable. This is a researching slip up that many fans fall under. If Diana's sword can cut anything to a molecular level, then the real question is whether or not She-Ra's sword has any means to resist it physically, or magically.

Can I just say do people even watch this show? "you only kill characters for money and controversy". They have had many instances where they could have done that but didn't. Some battles yes, I disagree with the winner but after further analysis you learn how they could have won. People need to know that when someone loses, it isn't like they could never win. Death battles are approached as if they fought 100 times, who would win the most. Ofc there are ways for the other character to win. Come on guys, Try to enjoy the show and analysis as a fan of your respective fiction/Canon and research more if you weren't satisfied with the winner. Maybe they should release some research notes online. Also, it's just a battle. Their word isn't law. They choose who THEY think would win.

With the tail thing. Toriyama got lazy drawing the tails for all the saiyan lineage characters. so he basically wrote it out as saying it's a recessive trait so it could show up or not. For the universe 6 saiyans the reason they dont have tails is that its stated they evolved differently.

Great idea for the first one. The second one seems not one-sided, but obvious. Steven does have amazing durability. Shield took a city busting cannon directly, bubble took a fall from orbit and base form took OVER LIGHT SPEED PRESSURE FROM THE RUBY SHIP. However, Star has plenty more offense options as well as some great defensive options while not as good as Steven's, would do more than well enough against his offensive output. The only means Steven would have of defeating her would be using Lion to drag her into his mane. But she can clearly counter that with dimensional scissors.

Here’s a possible theory on the tails: Gohan had one at birth because Goku’s was taken away by a spell. This is also why if it was cut off, Gohan’s could grow back easy. For Trunks, this can be explained to the fact that he would not have the gene in him. Why? Because of when Vegeta was getting healed shortly after Goku and co. kicked the stuffing out of him. The Frieza soldier said ,”Sorry Prince Vegeta. We healed your injuries, but we were unable to grow your tail back.” Then once he died on Namek, he was resurrected in his body’s form shortly before he died. In short, because Vegeta was unable to grow his tail back after having it cut off, he no longer has that recessive trait in him, and thus Trunks would not have it either. The same can be applied to Goten. When Goku was revived while training with King Kai, his physical body was brought up to his spirit’s current state (i.e. the training of his angelic form became his physical once his halo was gone). By this point, it would be assumed that spell was sent deeper into his biology, so when Goten comes along, no tail because not in his genetics. To take this one step further, Pan doesn’t have one either, in any media outside of fanart. This is explained after Gohan’s tail stops growing back. Granted, Gohan has not died and been resurrected by the Dragon Balls (he died when Frieza blew up the Earth, but was revived by Whis’s Time Rewind), though by that point the gene would no longer be in him. No gene= no tail for Pan. Side note: This is also why it makes perfect sense for how GT Goku gets his tail back after being reverted to 10 years old and dealing with other magical beings. The appliance of the magic in the Black Star Dragon Balls helped to loosen the 50 year old spell on Goku, and was fully brought to life by magic from a higher plain

On the "Goku solves everything" problem, to be fair, Gohan beat Cell and Goku didn't beat Vegeta alone in the Saiyan Saga. And on Roshi's moon feat not affecting the Earth, the explanation in-universe would be that Kami and Popo made sure that losing the moon WOULDN'T affect the Earth

Gamabunta is a summon, a legit summon that is used in fights. Zeno however is merely just Goku's friend and he has a button to teleport Zeno to him but its not to use him in battle. Plus, Goku likes a fair fight, he wouldn't rely on someone else ending the fight for him. It would be completely out of character for Goku to not finish the fight on his own merit. The only time he's ever summoned Zeno was when Zamasu destroyed the universe and that's about it, it wasn't to help in the battle, it was to help save the universe and even then, Zeno, well, that universe's Zeno, decided to destroy everything so chances are it'd be suicide for Goku to do this.

@@slashkamei If you actually think about it, Goku's only canonically beaten like one major villain by himself ever since DBZ started. He beats Frieza on Namek, but it's Piccolo who ultimately kills Raditz, Vegeta was a team effort, Gohan beats Cell, Majin Buu was a team effort, he loses to Beerus, he gets the kill for Golden Frieza but Vegeta was the one who beat him in combat, he forfeits against Hit, Trunks/Zeno beats/eliminates Zamasu, Jiren was a team effort. Goku defeats a few impressive but not main enemies, such as Kefla, but honestly, even though Goku's is consistently portrayed as the strongest fighter in his universe, his win-loss record is not that great.

Jamar Eiland cus this isn’t comic vine and plenty of series have taken on dbz before. This last fight was a lot closer than they let on. Sure, roshi is way more physically stronger and the kamehameha is devastating, but from what little I seen of jiraya, he has ways to deal with roshi. Also they power scaled roshi’s speed. They flat out told us roshi never shown speed feats close to jiraya but used a half assed feat of goku to “prove” roshi can go light speed which is really really dumb. Power scaling is known as the worst way to judge a character. Not to mention that feat of goku was arguabley not a light speed feat. I’m sure roshi would still win the fight, but the research was once again very lack luster.

They have already acknowledge in the comment section of 18 vs Captain Marvel that they did not accurate calculate 18's speed correctly, if only they would acknowledge about the attack potency of Dragon Ball characters. For example a character from Dragon Ball would only need the power level of 10000 to destroy a planet but some how SSJ4 Goku is still only planetary while First Form Frieza from the Namek Saga is small star level based on how he destroy Planet Vegeta.

@@BJGvideos Animation wise sure but power-scaling wise no lol. Hercule sure but for Roshi and Buu heck no. Lets take Buu for instance. Majin Buu is way beyond the speed of light and has the attack potency of a galaxy high-balled but some how he is only planetary according to Screwattack. According to the guides a character from Dragon Ball only needs a power level of 10000 to destroy a planet and First Form Frieza is small star level because on how he destroyed Planet Vegeta so according to Screwattack, First Form Frieza from the Namek Saga is stronger than Majin Buu lol, and with Roshi it is a similar deal on how they complete negated him getting much stronger in Super so he would be way past Moon level. Problem with Screwattack when it comes to Dragon Ball characters is that they never use power-scaling to gauge how strong a character should be.
