What a beautiful song.. The feeling that Rosie Langley put into this song must be genuine.Tears literally ran down my face.. I’m not sure if the song is intentionally melancholy while seemingly hopeful. There is a feeling of a loss, yet a feeling of purpose. Interestingly, the images depicted feeling of physical coldness, yet the cold somehow felt soothing..comforting. Apart from that, there was really no time reference per se, as the background to the song presented feelings of longing as if in for example…Cathie and Heathcliff type of setting…present yet otherworldly. A very interesting juxtaposition of present, past and future…enveloped in a message sent off…to perhaps be received by someone on the other side. The accompanying melodies within this piece were sublime while uniquely accentuating the mood this work evoked. Thank you Rosie.
