They were talking about "Truth or Dare" a documentary about her touring in the early 90s. It is in no way a porn. She simulated masturbation (fully clothed) on stage at a concert. That is what they are referring to. Madonna has never made a porn. She has posed nude for photographs but never made any distributed sex film that we know of. That is a false rumor.
