we can read and recite but we can't speak it, Quranic Arabic is classical Arabic and are not spoken Arabic...its like latin and Italian language...you dont speak Latin to an Italian...they will think you are weird or a priest or something. Most Muslim in the world 80% do not speak Arabic, but they do know how to recite the Quran by words just like how some Christians who know how to recite latin leturgy and prayers but not really understand what it really means or dont really speak latin. We do learn some Arabic but not enough to speak it and most Muslim country and nation no matter what their language is usually their native language have some borrowed Arabic phrases in their vocabulary like Urdu, Indonesian, Malaysian and Turkish have a lot of Arabic loanwords in it. To actually understand what we read we usually read the translation of the Quran in our language but to recite it in prayer and in religious ceremony we must do it in Arabic. If you go to Islamic School since kindergarten then yes you will learn Arabic but most Muslim countries have secular education and Arabic language is a choice not compulsory to learn. Arabs is only 25% of Muslim population in the world the largest Muslim population are South Asian and South east Asian which is the Malays/Indonesian and Indian subcontinent like Pakistan and Bangladesh and Indian.@@alexandrorocca7142

The Question on superiority of Arabs or non-Arabs, from a religious standpoint, this was answered very clearly within Islam. Final sermon of the Prophet Muhammad (saw), he clearly stated that “All humanity is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; White does not have superiority over Black, nor does Black have superiority over White; [none have superiority over another] except by piety and good actions.”

Why the Iranian girl didn’t say anything about the mandatory hijab in Iran? Did they told her to not speak about this topic?
@zainvawda67919 ай бұрын
This is what they are trying to say... Laws around the rest of the world are not based on Islam alone but cultural influence as well. Iranians even when Hijab was not mandatory before 1980, 70% of them wore Hijab, even some that were not muslim. That is a culture thing, most arab and some African cultures adopt some form of head covering, the same as in India and Pakistan. This Judgement and misconceptions about Iran are annoying and usually all come from Iranians who have never lived there and grew up in the West. Most of these Iranians fled because they were part of the previous illegitimate SHAH regime who was put in power by a US coup in 1953. Travel there yourself and the majority including women have no issue with wearing a scarf over their heads. The small minority that do have to deal with it as the majority support it. Thats how countries work. If you honestly believe that the majority of Iranians want a change of Government because of Hijab you are sorely mistaken. People need an education when it comes to Iran and not from an Iranian who has never lived there. Watch this it may help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJWodaKkrpWJetk
@zainvawda67919 ай бұрын
Also all the people that compalin about the "forced Hijab" in Iran have no issue with countries like France where it is forbidden a you are now arrested for wearing it. Where is the "freedom of choice" then?? All countries have laws and if it is supported by the majority, outsiders should accept it and move on. There are many laws in many countries that some deem oppressive etc but they respect it. In Malaysia, Muslim men need to get approval from the Islamic Court to marry more than one wife because they will have to prove they are financially able, for example, to support all their wives. Some couples go across the border to Thailand to go around this rule and get married there instead but when they return to Malaysia they have to register their marriage and pay a fine to get legal validity. Otherwise their marriage is considered not valid and any children is considered illegitimate under Malaysian law. So if they get divorced the wife cannot claim anything. Therefore Malaysian courts already have laws to protect the wives from abuse but these couples choose to take the risk. Therefore women should think hard before marrying across the border as they are risking their legal rights.

@shigemorif106611 ай бұрын
The most telling part was at 7:19 when the girl on the top row to the left said the reason for polygamy was to help orphans and the girl on the right in the yellow sweater gave that expression to the girl in black next to her like “here we go with this…”
@forproject166611 ай бұрын
the helping the orphans thing is true tho. i Don't know why dating multiple people isn't taboo but suddenly polygamy tht can actually help orphans is taboo? you should study Islam more too
@wewenang516711 ай бұрын
its true the real reason for it is to married widows and orphan after a war but the people misused it after time. That is why in many Muslim country its actually hard to get approval to do polygamy, not only you have to be fair but if you have 4 wife you have to buy houses and all thugs in it for for all the the wife and the children EQUALLY...unless you are a millionaire no Muslim man would want that. If its just about lust and sex, its cheaper to just hired a prostituted and just be like western people who sleep around like every night with any girl and on tinder. The largest polygamist nation in the world is not even Muslim country but African Christians countries and the USA. Go figured...the Mormon still have the largest polygamist population in the world, not Muslim.
@dilaras060611 ай бұрын
Also adding to the other comments, I heard back then it was normal to marry A LOT of women, some people even had 20+ wives so Islam actually gave a limit to that. Islam said “only” 4 and that only if you can treat all of them COMPLETELY EQUAL and not just for your “pleasure” but to take care of the widows and their children.
@HappyBeezerStudios11 ай бұрын
@@wewenang5167 yeah, that's the thing I got from it when reading up on islamic polygamy. If you have four wives, you also have to be a good husband to four wives. So only do it if you can manage that. In general I see that with a lot of islamic rules. They are there and you're supposed to follow them, but there are exceptions if you're unable to. Like how every muslim man should do the hajj, but only if they are physically and financially capable to do so and can support their families during the pilgrimage. Or how every muslim should observe ramadan, but there are exceptions for the elderly, the sick, the pregnant, etc. Or how eating non halal food might be required to survive, because preserving one's life is of higher importance.

Muslim worship has strictly defined conditions, requirements and order of performance. Worship is performed 5 times a day at a certain time, depending on the daylight and the position of the sun, the direction of worship is strictly towards the Kaaba in Mecca.

Rulings of Hijab according to Quran and Sunnah: “O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [al-Ahzab 33:59] ‘Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: “May Allah have mercy on the first Muhajir women. When Allah revealed the words ‘and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)’ [al-Nur 24:31] they tore their aprons and covered their faces (ikhtamarna) with them.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 4480; Abu Dawud, 4102)

Always great to see more people learn more about other people. And there are lots of things in Islam that have similar equivalents in Christianity and Judaism, which might be more familiar to western europeans and americans. For example Ramadan. Christianity has lent before easter, which are the 40 days where one should fast and pray. Muslims pray five times a day, observent Jews three times a day, and Christians between three and seven times a day. Halal in in many ways similar to kosher. At least in terms of dietary laws. halal goes a bit further than that, but kosher can be a good analogy to get the gist. Even how closely worldly laws are oriented on religious laws differs in Christian countries, just like in Muslim countries. And just like the christian world there are many differences and cultures. Those are obviously just a very quick overview using comparisons with things more widely known in the west. For anyone interested I can only recommend to read up on it.

This video only scratch on the surface. Turkiye has been secular since kemal attaturk era, so don't surpise if you go in big cities and looks how turkiye though themself as european. Azerbaijan used to be another soviet and becoming atheist and don't shocked if atheist is still majority of them. Look at that Malaysian Lady, she's the only one in the group that act like a real Muslim Lady. I'm glad born here in Malaysia and raised as Muslim. You question might be hijab is mandatory or not? The answer is yes. To know that girl has strong faith or not is she wearing hijab. But that doesn't means he automatically good Muslim Lady, its Just a signs that she follow what God told to do

Which Europe, which Muslim culture are you talking about? Other than Christianity, the cultures of countries in Europe are different. Sweden and Greece have almost nothing in common other than religion. Also, Christianity is not a religion of European origin. Due to ethnic and geographical differences, the cultures of Muslim countries are also different from each other. For example, apart from religion, Pakistan's culture is close to India. Indonesian culture is close to Southeast Asian culture. The culture of the Turks in western Turkiye is close to the Balkans and Greece.
