- 🇮🇳 Hindi and 🇧🇩 Bengali belong to the same language family. - 🇮🇩 Indonesian and 🇵🇭 Filipino (Tagalog) belong to the same language family. - 🇮🇷 Persian and 🇱🇧 Arabic are not in the same language family, but they influence each other. - 🇺🇿 Uzbek and 🇰🇿 Kazakh are in the same language family, and are both influenced by Russian. - 🇯🇵 Japanese and 🇰🇷 Korean are not in the same language family, but they both borrowed heavily from Chinese, which is why they have a lot of similar words. Of course, even if you belong to the same language family, you may not be influenced in the same way. For example, Indonesian is heavily influenced by Sanskrit, Arabic, Persian, Dutch, and Portuguese; while Filipino (Tagalog) has many influences from Spanish and English. That's why these languages share many basic words like "sky" and "ear," but words that are related to newer ideas like "newspapers" and "reporter" are not the same because they are borrowed from different sources.

After all, for many centuries, millennia, the territory of today's Kazakhstan and other parts of Central Asia were inhabited by various ancient Indo-Iranian and then Turkic tribes. YESSS! we share a lot with each other Kazakhs and Uzbeks have many similarities in culture and language, not just the fact that they were both colonized by Russia. I don’t understand why we always need to mention the Russian language or Russia every time we need to talk about our countries, we are more than that. I actually don’t want people always to associate us with russia.

Because of the Persian empire, the Persian language (mainly spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan now) has influenced other languages in the region, including Arabic, Azerbaijani, Kurdish, Turkish, Urdu (Hindi), Uyghur, and Uzbek. That's why there are some similarities such as Shahr, Jahan, Aseman,...cause they are all Persian words.
@sarak15526 ай бұрын
Another interesting fact that again is related to the Persian Empire is the Persian suffix -"stan" which means “place of,” or “where one stands.” It is found in the names of seven countries: Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
