@@KaylasNailJournal you definitely did. Especially after all the technology challenges you had to endure! I totally agree about the packaging, but then some companies don’t have enough packaging. At least it’s mostly recyclable and useful for storage. The liquids are like a 6/10 for me. They’re not great, but not a favorite. I rarely contaminate liquids, and their top coat always hardens on me. I agree with the shine. I also don’t like how empty their bottles feel. They say the bottles are just bigger volume and you get the correct amount, but they’re the same size as other company’s bottles that are full. I also just don’t love opaque or plastic bottles. The powders are good! They can be inconsistent, but I’ve never had a problem with application. Sometimes the glitters are too sheer, but that’s not a big deal and easily fixed with hand placed glitters. My main concerns with them is how they sometimes handle customer service issues (I’ve had great and terrible encounters) that weird email from their CEO last year, and their clear is absolutely cloudy and they blame the customer all the time. Other than that, can’t complain about cute colors!!

I totally agree with all your points. My biggest issue I had with them on my first review was how they treat their customers. Just scrolling through their Facebook group is not pretty.
