Nice clean apt. Exceptional IF spiral staircase added that attic area would be utilized as living space as well. Still love the old stone revealed inside attic space & would never cover it up: for reason, it’s the history that gives these home such major charm & a main reason outsiders are so attracted to the very old but beautiful features.

Beautiful. I wish one day you will show a property with a garage or at least with the possibility to build a garage. It´s a headache to find something like this in or around an old town.

I was noticing that there seem to be very few electrical outlets anywhere. How difficult do you think it will be to add more, given the construction of the interior walls?

I am curious, is the other apartment owned by the same seller? Are they selling them separately or is that apartment being renovated by someone else? That attic space would make a big addition to an already well priced unit. With all the new systems, windows and doors and a brand new roof, this apartment checks a lot of boxes. Cheers!

Its a lovely apartment BUT a lot of stairs. I find ut off putting that its been left with jobs to be done. Its great that the attic could be converted at a later stage but i still think its more money to purchase than can be found elsewhere. Completion of unfinished jobs, A kitchen Furniture And fees etc I think that would bring it all closer to at least another 10-12000 euros Making it 56-58000.

We don't think so. The biggest expense would be the kitchen cabinetry and you could see that from €1K you can get that sorted
