This property is nice especially with the amount of land it has. I was a bit disappointed that you jumped to the outside of the home without really showing around the basement-garage level to get an idea how large it is. As for the last set of steps into the garage level, is there storage space under those as well?

I know I'm a greedy old guy but I'd want the entire house for me!! Take the garage door off and install glass doors, massive party room with wine bar.Top floor primary with ensuite. Plenty of room for a full blown laundry with DRYER. Because who wants to do wash when your on holiday with family. Repaint inside and outside. Add mini splits to all rooms. Build a new garage or carport. The views are awesome. Great property.

Wow great, the house is immaculate moving ready a little too big for me unless I make the upstairs a private apartment rental. Can you make the entrance to the garage to go up stairs to the third floor so it's private do you need a permit to rent out the other part of your house as a rental. I also love that there's houses across from this one and I love the animals the dog is adorable and I'm a cat person too so that's a plus for me. 2 minutes from town perfect. The color of the house is perfect the views are to live for ❤❤❤❤❤ I love all your presentations you do a fantastic. Wow how can I forget that there's a garage and parking that's so important this house has it all

No in the small room with a sloping ceiling, that have reduced height … that is an office. Place a refrigerator in the large room upstairs so when working you do not have to go downstairs to the kitchen, add a microwave and you have it all.
