Very informative video Thank you very much I have an electric atv that when i switch my ignition is turning on for 1 second and than turns off.. i have tried all what you said in the video and still not working... Can it be a faulty controller? Or maybe the ignition wires is shorting the electric

@omerdavidman817 You must check what is the Voltage numbers coming out from a battery pack connector plug first

@You-can-fix-it it is a 48 volt atv, so the reading i get is 48.8 . And from each battery i get 12.5.

@omerdavidman817 Did you see that total Voltage at the connection plug ? If yes, then it confirms that there is no power interrupted between battery pack and atv, so the controller might be faulty . Even that 48v controllers are pretty bulletproof and it is very slim chance that it can fail, but still possible.

Yes i checked also the voltage from the connection plug and it reads 48.8 When i follow the 2 wires of the ignition switch i locate that the red goes to the charging port and then to the controller. The black wire goes to a small dc converter
