Thank you so much, I have learnt so much from you. I am still practicing your rhythm training everyday. I was confused about how to do my practice but now this video has helped me a lot. I am trying to do barre chords your push and pull technique has helped a lot but I am having trouble with changing barre chord progression and in B flat Chord.

Ray of Sunshine Try to practice at least 1min a day, it’s not much but in the long run, it’ll avalanche to 2min, then 3min etc I also created a habit streak using graph paper which looks nice when I colour it in
