I like knowing this kind of stuff. I think it is good to know how secure a lock really is and also how to beat it in an emergency.

what about disassemble and rekey that same ignition cylinder or door lock same year

You saved my butt big time, Lost my keys while running around a flea market.. Called a "locksmith" and they apparently no longer bother to learn how to re-key locks, they can only help you if they happen to know some key code can they cut you a key.. for 150 bucks!! Who are the thieves?? glorified key deliverers.. Screw those negative comments.. If someone wants to steal someones car they will.. An "up and coming car thief" is an example of poor parenting, not youtube tutorials,, Thank you again, it has been in a parking lot for 2 days.. 800 redundant how to disassemble your column videos, and one that does in 5 minutes 48 seconds what many fail to do at all.
