Also great info on a longer weight ditribution hitch as well. Didn’t realize the trailer jack had those bolts under the rubber pop out plugs. 👍

Very good video. Two options are informative. Question: Any particular reason you used brake cleaner as opposed to WD-40? I know its a great solvent, but always concerned about overspray taking paint off my truck, RV or any metal. Thank you.

WD40 leaves another oily film. I never use it to clean up oil or grease.

Was the tongue jack a Lippert jack? When I contacted Lippert and asked about the second set of holes on the jack so I could rotate the head, they said they didn't have has jacks with untapped holes. What gives?

Yes, it's a Lippert Jack. I bought the same jack a month ago for my cargo trailer and it didn't even have the second set of holes drilled. I had to drill them, then tap the threads in.
