*ⓇⓝⒷ🅿🅸🅰🅽🅾* 🔥🙌🏾🌍🇳🇬 🇿🇦 To think he went to dig out Pantsula culture in 🇿🇦 for this video. My respect 🙌🏾 goes to him. To all those who don't know 🅿🅰🅽🆃🆂🆄🅻🅰 is a tradition and also a highly energetic dance form that originated in the black townships of 🆂🅾🆄🆃🅷 🅰🅵🆁🅸🅲🅰 during the apartheid era. It developed into a form of social commentary for black South Africans and has undergone several transformations with the country's changing political tides. This is the first Nigerian artist to showcase and appreciate this side of South Africa. Beautiful 🙌🏾 🇳🇬 🇿🇦 🌍

Very nice know! Now I know the history behind this cultural infusion. I knew it was South African but now I know in detail where it came from. Wish South African artists would borrow some Nigerian culture also. More infusion of Afrobeats in your Amapiano would be good for Africa. It's Africa to the world, one movement and we all would be better as one united block taking on the world

What a wonderful reaction to watch. I was the mix engineer for this record and there was tremendous time spent on the textures and reverbs, so it’s really nice to see someone picking up on these details.

@@manubeez1708 the life of this track is amapiano. The log drums are pivotal to this track. Even amapiano is a derivative fusion of house and hip-hop's 808. Buzz- mentioning fusion isn't revealing. DJs will play this along with other south African style amapiano and Nigeria style piano like asake etc. Let's give credit where credit is due. Fusion or fusing genres / styles isn't new to music nor afro- scene. Lets be specific like we know what we are actually talking about...
