Nice! It took me a year to finally break out and use my rotisserie kit for my Weber Performer Deluxe. I was EXCITED over how my chicken turned out! The juiciness AND the skin had that slight crunchiness to it. And it didn’t take long either!

Lamar, I was actually surprised at how fast they cooked. My Grill has an IR rotisserie burner. Thanks for watching and for commenting.

That chicken n root veggies must be beyond yummy! I had pan-seared chicken n potatoes with similar looking results but it’s not rotisserie! I have to invest in an indoor rotisserie gadget. Maybe I’ll get blessed with one for my birthday gift today. Hmmmmm

Lew, they were done in about an hour. They were around 170 degrees in the breasts and thighs when I pulled them off. Thanks for asking and for watching!

Glad you are back cooking. Chicken looks wonderful, moist anf juicy. I'm taking pointers from you on how to make great videos. Attention to detail and some skill make a big difference in quality. You got it. I've been trying but I still have a long way to go. Lady of Q

I just checked out a few of your videos. Here are three tips: Get a microphone close to your talent (YOU), Lighting is Key. I use daylight temperature light bulbs in my kitchen for filming and take food photos next to a window if possible and finally, edit your videos. Take out everything not needed (IE dead space / lulls). If you are not saying something important to the story / video or showing something, cut it out. I hope this was helpful. Keep me posted on your video making progress and feel free to ask. [Phil]

Yes it was done. I brought both birds above 165 degrees. They were closer to 170 in the breasts and in the thighs. I cook to temperature not by looks or guessing. Thanks for asking and for watching!
